This International Journal was presented by Prof.Dr.I Nyoman Nurjaya,SH in Wollongong University Australia on last December 2011.
Prof.Dr.I Nyoman said that himself did not send paper to US-China Law Review, but they contact him to publish his paper in international journal.
”Commonly, people send their paper to US-China Law Review, but I am contacted by them to follow call for paper that it will be published by 2 reviewer form two different country,” said Prof Nyoman.
International journal entitled ”State Law In A Multicultural Country of Indonesia: Toward A Just and Equitable State Law In Legal Anthropology Point Of View” talks about states laws enacted and enforced by the Government tend to dominated and marginalize as well as ignore the local values, traditions, religions, as well as the customary law or adat law (hukum adat) of the local communities in most region of Indonesia. This condition can trigger disputes that may result in the social disintegration of Indonesia as Nation State.
The International Journal presented in Australia is the third. Before that, Prof.Dr.I Nyoman Nurjaya has presented two papers in Swiss and Italia entitled “Indonesian Labor Law Development and Reform: The Years of Ratifying Fundamental Human Rights Defined Within the ILO Core Conventions” publish in The US-China Law Review Volume 7, Number 5, May 2010 (ISSN 1548-6605 CBSN 343B0042) and ” Adat Community Lands Right As Defined Within The State Agrarian Law Of Indonesia: Is It A Genuine Or Pseudo-Legal Recognition. This article in US-China Law Review Journal volume 8, number 4 April 2011 and published by David Publishing Company.
Three international journal published by US-China Law Review have made Prof.Nyoman Nurjata as Editorial Board of Member for Asia.
”I am the only one person from Indonesia who conduct as Editorial Board of Member for Asia. It is an honour for Universitas Brawijaya for to be the only one university as Editorial Board of Member of US-China Law Review,” he explained. [Translated by Oky]
