All personnel involved in IOUB has an influence on the quality of the product. In the UB IO organization, each person has a competency based on their education, training and experience. Chairman of the International Office UB will always ensure that the competence and experience required in accordance with the standards of effective organizational performance.

To meet the demands of the responsibilities as defined role in Quality Manual Standard, the IO UB:
a. Placing personnel in accordance with its competence in the relevant field so the product quality is assured.
b. Conducting training for new members and mentoring for beginners.
c. Evaluating the effectiveness of process, performance and action taken.
d. Ensure the involvement and concern with the contribution of each personnel in the business achievement of quality objectives.
e. Maintaining records in accordance with training and work experience.
